In addition to the three KFUM Central teams, 9 other teams played in Boys 04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof KFUM Central Basket Reserv could be found in Group C together with AIK Basket Gul, TENSTA BASKET 03 or Fryshuset.
KFUM Central Basket Reserv continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against KFUM Central Basket 1 with 0-20. In the Final, AIK Basket Svart won over TENSTA BASKET 03 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 04. KFUM Central Basket also participated in Boys 04 during Basketshop Open 2017.
